About me

I am Jennifer Geddes, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), focused on improving mental health care with compassion. My career is dedicated to advancing psychiatric nursing through extensive training and hands-on experience.

I have worked in various settings, including outpatient clinics and inpatient facilities, which helps me understand and meet the unique needs of each patient. I believe in a holistic approach that combines medication and therapy for complete care.

Building trust with my patients is central to my practice. I aim to create a space for open communication, ensuring individuals feel safe and supported in their treatment. My skills in medication management and therapy allow me to help with anxiety, mood, and psychotic disorders.

Outside of clinical work, I am passionate about educating others about mental health and reducing stigma. I empower individuals to take an active role in their mental health through informed choices and personalized care plans.
